0.5 oz loose leaf Essential Tea Blend + 2 oz Essential Salve

Essential Salve:
A heal-all salve intended for every skin ailment from dry winter skin and eczema to all the bumps, bruises, rashes and bites that summer activities may bring. It can also be used as a facial treatment to help reduce redness and keep acne at bay.

Essential Tea:
The Essential Tea is an all-purpose calming herbal tea blend that helps restore the body to its’ natural balance from the inside out. Steep a cup of tea to help ease tension when stressed or anxious, to support digestion after meals, as a natural sleep aid, and an all-around liver tonic to help the body naturally rid itself of toxins.

Recommended brewing instructions: 1 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water. Bring water to a boil and pour over tea, cover your mug to retain volatile oils released during the brewing process, let steep for 5-10 minutes (the longer the steep the more nutrients are extracted from the herbs). Enjoy!
